Terms and Conditions – Luxury Travel Morocco

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Luxury Travel Morocco (hereinafter “we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Company”) and the client (hereinafter “you,” “your,” or “the Client”) who books tours or services through our website luxurytravelmorocco.com or directly with our company.

By booking any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Bookings and Payments

2.1. Reservation Process

To secure a booking with Luxury Travel Morocco, a deposit of up to 50% of the total tour cost is required. The booking is not considered confirmed until we have received this deposit and sent you a confirmation.

2.2. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit cards
  • Bank transfers
  • Cash

2.3. Payment Schedule

The remaining balance of your tour cost must be paid at the time of your airport pickup, either by credit card or in cash. Failure to make the final payment may result in the cancellation of your tour without refund of the deposit.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1. Cancellation by the Client

  • Full Refund: A 100% refund of your deposit will be issued if the cancellation is made at least 7 days before the start of your tour.
  • Late Cancellations: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of your tour, as preparations and reservations will already be in progress.

  • Please ensure you include your booking details (such as the booking number and tour date) when making the cancellation to expedite the process.

3.2. Cancellation by the Company

In the rare event that we need to cancel your tour due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer you either:

  • The option to be relocated to a similar tour with a trusted partner company

We will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible and provide the best available solution.

4. Modifications to Bookings

4.1. Changes by the Client

Clients may request changes to their bookings before or during the tour. Changes requested before the tour begins will generally not incur additional charges. However, changes requested once the tour is underway may incur additional costs depending on the nature of the changes.

4.2. Changes by the Company

We reserve the right to make minor modifications to tour itineraries if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide services of equal or better quality than those originally planned.

5. Insurance and Liability

5.1. Vehicle Insurance

Our company provides comprehensive insurance coverage for all transfer vehicles, ensuring your safety during transportation.

5.2. Travel Insurance Recommendations

While not mandatory, we strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers:

  • Trip cancellation or interruption
  • Medical emergencies
  • Baggage loss or delay
  • Personal accidents
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

5.3. Company Responsibilities

We are responsible for:

  • Providing the agreed-upon tourism services
  • Ensuring all transfers and tour activities are executed as agreed
  • Maintaining properly insured vehicles for transfers

5.4. Limitation of Liability

We do not accept responsibility for:

  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Flight cancellations or delays
  • Unforeseen changes to external provider policies
  • Accidents, losses, or personal damages occurring during activities outside of scheduled tour events
  • Any incidents that would typically be covered by personal travel insurance

6. Traveler Requirements

6.1. Age Requirements

Our tours do not have specific age restrictions, and we welcome travelers of all ages.

6.2. Accessibility

Some of our tours may have limitations for people with reduced mobility due to terrain, transportation restrictions, or other factors. We recommend that clients with mobility needs contact us before booking to discuss specific requirements. We will do our best to accommodate all travelers and recommend suitable alternatives when possible.

6.3. Travel Documents

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have all necessary travel documents:

  • A valid passport is required for all international travelers
  • Depending on your country of origin, you may need a visa to enter Morocco
  • We are not responsible for visa applications or denials
  • No refunds will be provided if a client is denied entry to Morocco due to inadequate documentation

7. Force Majeure and Unforeseen Circumstances

7.1. Force Majeure Events

In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, political emergencies, or other events beyond our control), we will prioritize client safety and well-being. We may offer to reschedule the tour but cannot guarantee full refunds in these situations.

7.2. Alternative Arrangements

If any attraction or destination included in the itinerary is closed or inaccessible for reasons beyond our control, we will provide an equally interesting and suitable alternative. We will inform clients in advance about any such changes and offer similar options based on availability.

8. Code of Conduct

8.1. Client Behavior

Clients are expected to:

  • Respect local customs, traditions, and regulations
  • Follow the guidance of tour guides and drivers
  • Adhere to scheduled meeting times
  • Treat fellow travelers, staff, and locals with respect

8.2. Consequences of Non-Compliance

If a client fails to comply with established rules, we reserve the right to take necessary measures to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants. Depending on the violation, this may include:

  • Verbal warning
  • Temporary exclusion from activities
  • In serious cases, tour cancellation without refund

9. Services Included and Not Included

9.1. Services Generally Included

Our tour packages typically include:

  • Airport pickup with high-end vehicles
  • Private high-end transportation throughout the tour
  • Professional driver services

Specific inclusions vary by tour and may also include:

  • Selected meals (breakfast, lunch, or dinner as specified)
  • Entrance fees to monuments and museums listed in the itinerary
  • Professional guides where indicated

9.2. Services Not Included

Unless otherwise specified, our tours do not include:

  • Tips for guides, drivers, and service staff
  • Personal expenses (shopping, phone calls, additional services)
  • Meals or drinks not mentioned in the tour description
  • Entrance fees to attractions not specified in the program
  • Visa costs or travel documents
  • Personal travel insurance

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If such negotiation fails, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech, Morocco.

11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will apply to new bookings made after the date of modification. For existing bookings, the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of booking will apply.
